SECURE SMS - PROTECTED TRANSACTION OR ACTIVITY AUTHENTICATION

This screen automatically populates when a transaction or activity requires authentication through Secure SMS. Simply click on 'Request SMS Code' and a Secure Code will be sent to your registered number to enable authentication of the transaction or activity.

If you have registered a mobile phone the code will be sent as a text message, but this will change to talking text if you have registered a home or work landline.

When you receive the code, simply enter the number in the section provided on the Internet Banking page next to 'SMS code', then click 'Yes, Continue'.

This code is only valid for the current Internet banking session and once accepted no further protected transactions or activities will require Secure SMS validation during the current Internet Banking session.
