SECURE SMS - MAINTENANCE
Our Secure SMS second tier authentication allows a member to amend their preferred contact number by updating the number registered on our system and displayed in the Update Contact Details.
Members have the option to register a mobile phone or home or work landline phone to receive a Secure SMS code to authenticate protected transactions.
To change to a new number for Secure SMS requires that you currently have the existing registered number to receive the Secure SMS code to authenticate the change.
If the current phone contact is not available, simply contact our member contact centre on 132585 to update to your preferred Secure SMS phone contact.
