YOUR MEMBER MESSAGES

This Secure Message facility enables communication of information of a private & confidential nature with the Credit Union. Simply click on the Compose section to create a new message. To view details of any message you have sent to the Credit Union, simply click on the Outbox, or click on the Inbox to view any response from the Credit Union.

The Internet Banking Welcome page will display a message count of any unread messages, together with a link to this page.

The following Status messages apply:

• Broadcast
  A Broadcast message will appear when a message is sent to all Internet Banking members. This message has a predefined expiration date and is automatically removed from the Inbox at the expiry date
• Information
  An Information message will appear when a message is sent to a selection of Internet Banking Members. These messages can be deleted by the member
• Unread
  New message in Inbox which will change to Read as soon as the message is opened from the Subject field
• Read
  Message previously opened in the Subject field

Members that have declined registration for Secure SMS will not have access to this facility.
