ANNE O'DONNELL, DEPUTY CHAIRMaN
Residence: Term of Office: Deputy Chairman since December 2010. Director since March 2006. Director of CPS Credit Union Co-operative (ACT) Limited (‘CPS ACT’) prior to its merger with CPS Credit Union (SA) Ltd. Current Directorships of other Community CPS Australia Limited related entities: Director of Eastwoods Group Ltd, Eastwoods Wealth Management Pty Ltd and Eastwoods Accounting and Taxation Pty Ltd. Current Directorships of non Community CPS Australia Limited related listed entities: Director of The Grain Growers Association Ltd and Equity Trustees Ltd.
Skills, experience and expertise: Anne has some 30 years experience in the finance sector. She is an experienced executive and non-exectuive director in the listed, not-for-profit and mutual sectors. Anne is a former Managing Director of Australia Ethical Investments Ltd. Other past directorships include the Investment and Financial Services Association Ltd, The Centre for Australian Ethical Research Pty ltd and the ANZ Staff Superannuation Fund.
Anne has a Masters in Business Administration and BA Banking and Finance. She is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the Australasian Credit Union Institute. Membership of Community CPS Australia Limited Board Committees and Committees Established by the Board: Member of the Board Governance Committee and Board Audit and Finance Committee. Other interests: Anne enjoys reading, travel, cycling and spending time with her family. |
