Term of Office: Director since August 2011. Current Directorship of other Community CPS Australia related entities: Eastwoods Group Ltd Current Directorship of non Community CPS Australia related entities: Director, City West Water Limited, Director, Mt Hotham Resort Management Board, Chair, Audit and Risk Committee, Mt Hotham Resort Management Board.
Skills, experience and expertise: Debbie runs a management consultancy business as well as holding a number of non-executive director roles. She held senior executive positions in operations, finance, project delivery, operational risk and general administration. Debbie has worked in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors and was until recently employed as the global Chief Operating Officer in an ASX300 company and prior to that was the Acting Chief Financial Officer and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for the same company. Debbie has a strong finance background as a Chartered Accountant and has held senior finance executive and CFO roles.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Debbie has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Adelaide University, is an experienced company secretary and qualified insolvency practioner. Membership of Community CPS Australia Limited Board Committees and Committees Established by the Board: Chair of the Board Audit and Finance Committee and member of the Board Risk Committee. Other interests: Debbie enjoys keeping fit and is a keen snow skier. She enjoys travel and spending time with her partner and two children. |
